  1. These terms and conditions apply if you use the services of the Made-Easy online platform, and by accepting these "T&C's" you must adhere to them.
  2. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, it is advisable not to use the service.
  3. If there is anything in these terms and conditions that you do not understand, you may send us an email at info@made-easy.co.za.
  4. You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform.
  5. Made-Easy online platform does not make use of third-party agents, however, this service is integrated with the Natis platform, which is authorised to access your information.
  6. All vehicle licence renewals are processed through Made-Easy, and we rely solely on the Natis information provided to us, and we have no way of independently verifying the accuracy of the information.
  7. Our services are available to vehicles registered in South Africa to holders of a valid South African ID or passport.
  8. When using our service, you expressly authorise us to obtain your Natis information from Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC).
  9. Our platform is accessible 24/7 and available for licence disc renewals 365 days a year.
  10. The user must ensure that all information provided is true and accurate and done with the permission of the registered owner of the vehicle.
  11. We will not be held liable for information provided incorrectly by the user.
  12. A pro forma invoice or quotation with your Natis information will be generated and forwarded to you for payment. Please ensure that your Natis Information for the motor vehicle licence you wish to renew is accurate before you make payment.
  13. The invoice payment period shall remain valid for the month in which it is issued.
  14. Users are responsible for settling any extra charges that arise due to delays in payment beyond the invoice's validity period.
  15. Made-Easy cost structure is as follows: a) A Licence Fee specific to the vehicle being renewed; b) Administration Fee covers the services provided by Made-Easy; c) A Delivery Fee is charged for the shipment of the vehicle licence to the user’s stated delivery address;
  16. Payment needs to be made in full before a licence disc can be released or delivered.
  17. No fees are refundable upon successful transaction of the renewal process.
  18. It is the responsibility of the user to provide a delivery address that is accurate and up-to-date.
  19. Our courier partner will deliver the renewed vehicle licence disc to the delivery address provided by the user.
  20. You may use our platform to renew your vehicle licence 60 days before the expiry date or within the 21-day grace period after the expiry of your motor vehicle licence.
  21. If any adverse findings prevent you from renewing your motor vehicle licence, you will be restricted from using our platform.
  22. These adverse findings may include the following: a) unpaid or outstanding fines b) Other unlicenced vehicles c) Enforcement orders d) Roadworthiness validity or requirements e) Administrative marks f) Validity of the vehicle registration number g) Admin mark for vehicles involved in or reported in criminal cloning incidents h) Deceased admin mark i) Warrant of arrest j) Police clearance.
  23. Such adverse findings will be communicated to you should we encounter them during the renewal process.
  24. Our platform may not be used in any way that is illegal, unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent;
  25. A vehicle licence disc can remain blocked by the Government official e-Natis system even if the licence fee has been paid for and implemented due to an adverse finding. No refund may be granted in such an event as the yearly licence fee of the vehicle has been successfully paid and implemented in the Government official e-Natis system, irrespectively whether a disc was issued or not.
  26. Made-Easy will do its utmost best to assist with the Vehicle Licence renewal, however, our platform is unable to determine beforehand whether a disc will be blocked or not due to adverse findings.
  27. We will not be held liable for the loss you suffer because you have entered or approved incorrect details for a transaction or if you have duplicated a payment that we have already debited.
